Nachdem mein Bild nun zwei Tage an diesem Baum hing und es niemand mitgenommen hat, habe ich es wieder abgeholt. Ob ein Baum wohl ein ungünstiger Ort für so etwas ist? Die Leute haben vielleicht von weitem gedacht, es wäre nur ein Werbeplakat und haben es sich gar nicht weiter angesehen. Vielleicht wollte es aber auch keiner oder es traute sich niemand, es mitzunehmen. Wer weiß? Ich fand es jetzt jedenfalls zu schade, es draußen vergammeln zu lassen, denn es ist ja auf Papier gemalt. Ich werde wohl demnächst lieber wieder einen gehäkelten Stein auslegen.
After two days hanging on that tree and no one has taken it home I have decided to pick my painting up. Whether a tree is a poor place for such a thing? People might have thought from a distance, it would just be an advertising poster? Perhaps no one liked it or no one dared to take it. Who knows? I found it now a shame to let it rot out because it's painted on paper. I will better abandon a crocheted stone again, soon.
