I'm just packaging the painting, that I showed you yesterday, and thought, that I could show you, how it looks like.
Ich habe vor einiger Zeit diese Kartons entdeckt, in denen das Bild sozusagen schwebt.
Some time ago, I have discovered these boxes, in which the painting is hanging.
Sie erleichtern mir das Bilder verpacken ungemein. Ich habe sonst aus normalen Kartons eine Verpackung für das Bild, entsprechend der Größe des Bildes, selbst zusammengebaut. Ich werde das für manche Bilder auch weiterhin tun, da die Größe dieser Kartons nicht für alle meine Bilder passt. Ich war damit auch immer zufrieden, nur leider ist es eben sehr zeitaufwändig. Mit diesen Kartons nun ist es viel einfacher und schneller und sieht außerdem auch noch besser aus. Da man diese Verpackung jedoch nur in einer größeren Menge bestellen kann, muß ich mir erst noch irgendwo Platz schaffen, damit ich weitere Größen dieser Kisten lagern kann. Ich bin aber völlig begeistert von dieser Konstruktion. Es erleichtert das Verschicken ungemein.
They help me, to pack paintings, immensely. Usually, I have assembled a box from ordinary cardboard by myself, according to the size of the painting. I will continue to do that for some of my paintings, since the size of these boxes do not fit all of my paintings. I have always been happy with the way I did it, but unfortunately it is just very time consuming. With these boxes it's much easier and faster now and it also looks much better. However, since you can only order a larger quantity of these boxes, I will have to make some room somewhere, so that I can store other sizes of the boxes. But I am absolutely thrilled by this construction. It makes sending so much easier.
